BTE-SV Internship

The Bridge to Employment- Silicon Valley (BTE-SV)  program sponsored by Johnson and Johnson, affords high school students the rare opportunity to learn, interact and develop their interest in the science and health fields by providing a summer internship under the guidance of a  BTE-SV mentor.

From over 60 applicants, we select two high school interns to conduct research at RSI over the course of a summer. The projects integrate synthetic biology and topics such as cancer. The rewarding experience led many of the past BTE-SV interns to continue their project during the school year, and entering their projects into the Intel Science Talent Search (Intel STS) competitions.
